We're working senior engineers who got rejected — a lot — from places we knew we could do the job, until we figured out why. We dissected our own rejections and got better at presenting what we already knew.

The gap that kept tripping us up was never knowledge. It was translation: turning a decade of real work into the specific signals an interview rewards in 45 minutes. That's the one thing nobody teaches — so it's the only thing we do.
What we do
- Record real, unscripted sessions for each gate of the interview — resume, recruiter, behavioral, coding, system design.
- Show how to translate experience you already have into stories and signals an interviewer can actually see.
What we don't do
- Teach LeetCode, dynamic programming, or how to design Twitter. That's everywhere already.
- Sell a subscription. You buy the single video for the gate you're stuck on, and when you're hired, you're done.
